  7. included in the file, sorry!

  9. This file is Public Domain and may be used in any manner, as long 
  10. as the information is used electronically, it may be transferred 
  11. to other file types, ported to other machines etc etc BUT MUST 
  12. NOT BE PRINTED OUT.
